Digital Services Act (DSA)
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council dated October 19, 2022, regarding a single market for digital services ("Digital Services Act" — "DSA"), this page presents the information applicable to FuryGamers in relation to this regulation.
FuryGamers' Status Under the DSA
FuryGamers.com is published by UNIFYPIXELS, a sole proprietorship based in France. FuryGamers offers a curated catalog of browser games handpicked and published by the publisher; currently, the site does not allow for the public dissemination of user-generated content (no public comments, no profiles, no content submitted by third parties).
Therefore, at this time, FuryGamers does not constitute an "online platform" under the definition provided in Article 3, point (i), of the DSA. UNIFYPIXELS remains committed to the principles of transparency and moderation upheld by this regulation, voluntarily presenting this page. As a micro-enterprise within the definition of recommendation 2003/361/EC, UNIFYPIXELS is, in any case, exempt from the specific obligations for online platforms as laid out in Article 19 of the DSA.

Third-Party Content Hosted via Partners
Some of the games offered on FuryGamers are distributed through third-party partner platforms (notably Playgama), which remain responsible for their own content and services' compliance with the DSA. Other games are distributed under open-source licenses, and their source code is publicly available.
